Due to unique circumstances this year, two exceptional applicants will commission through this program. Please join us in congratulating and welcoming to the JAG Corps the inaugural selectees: Personnel Specialist 2nd Class (AW/SW) Scott A. Hunter, Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron SEVEN ONE (2nd Class (AW/SW) Scott A. Hunter, Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron SEVEN ONE (HSM 71), received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of California-Berkeley in 2007 and completed his Juris Doctor from Loyola-Marymount Law School in 2010. Aviation Electrician's Mate 1st Class (AW) Christopher Salmon, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron TWO FOUR, enlisted in the Navy in May 2006 and received his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Hawaii Pacific University in 2013. Next year's IPP Selection Board looks to be even more competitive as word spreads about this great opportunity. A NAVADMIN announcing the FY-15 IPP Selection Board will be released in June.
