Paralegal Litigation Support Course

Military Justice

This beginner/intermediate course is designed for entry-level paralegals assigned to litigation support billets and will focus on the paralegal role in litigation from case preparation through post-trial processing. Using a combination of online and classroom instruction, the course is designed to strengthen understanding and build experience in the process of case preparation, trial strategy, and trial execution. The foundation of the course is a core fact pattern for students to learn and work with during the online portion and to apply during the in-residence classroom training.

Pre-Requisites

Online portion (Blackboard) of the course.

Target Audience

Paralegals slated for or currently assigned to litigation support billets with less than 2 years total experience in a trial support role.
