Navy JAG Corps Judge Advocate General's Corps

This course provides incumbent and incoming Professional Development Officers (PDO) with the information and skills needed to succeed in their unique assignments. The goal of the course is to facilitate the sharing of information and normalize the professional development program across the enterprise. This course expands focus of the PDO role beyond just the FTJA program (and NLSC) to ensure both RLSOs and DSOs are properly supported, and creates a culture of professional devel-opment in the JAGC Corps (e.g., lifetime learners). The course is a combination of subject matter expert instruction and small group discussion.
