Allen, a native of New Orleans, La., is the NCG 2 command legalman. She supervises all legal matters across NCG 2 and ten subordinates units.  As the command legalman she provided legal guidance and leadership to five junior officers, one chief warrant officer, and three first class petty officers. NCG 2 is directly in charge of manning, equipping and training all Atlantic-based Seabees and combat camera personnel.
