Legalman 2nd Class Malisha Eley, U.S. Naval Academy Commandant Legalman, was advanced to Legalman 1st Class and pinned by Vice Adm. Ted Carter, the superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy, in a promotion ceremony July 5.
